The TC4423CPA is a 3A dual high-speed power MOSFET driver, which, in turn, is improved versions of the earlier TC426/427/428 series. The TC4423CPA is pin-compatible. The driver is capable of giving reliable service in far more demanding electrical environments than their antecedents.
