Product Summary

The MAX4614CSD is a quad, low-voltage, high-speed, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch. The device is pin compatible with the industry-standard analog switch. On-resistance (10Ω max) is matched between switches to 1Ω max and is flat (1Ω max) over the specified signal range. The MAX4614CSD handles V+ to GND analog signal levels. Maximum off-leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25℃ and 6nA at TA = +85℃. The applications of the MAX4614CSD include Battery-Operated Equipment, Audio/Video Signal Routing, Low-Voltage Data-Acquisition Systems, Sample-and-Hold Circuits and Communication Circuits.
