The MB8404E is a 4096 word by 1bit static random access memory fabricated with a cmos silicon gate process. The memory may be maintained in any state for an indefinite period of time. All pins are TTL compatible, and a single 5 v power supply is required. The MB8404E is suited for use in microprocessor systems and other applications where fast access time and ease of use are required. The MB8404E offers the advantages of low power dissipation, low cost, and high performance. The economical 18 pin package permits high density board layouts.
